The kiwi is a flagship product of winter. Thing in the morning or during the day, its tangy taste awakens our taste buds. Here is a recipe for jam kiwi that will surprise you!
Ingredients
Kiwis - 2 kg
Sugar for brown sugar jam - 1.4 kg
Organic Oranges - 3

Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces. Put them in a preserving pan (or pot) with the zest of an orange, the juice of 3 oranges and sugar. Tapas for 1 hour at room temperature.
Bring to the boil over a high heat then reduce heat (medium) and cook 25 minutes, skimming occasionally.
Complete the previously scalded jars, close tightly and return them. Leave them until completely cooled.
