Farfalle with shrimp salad recipe |
Ingredients / for 2 persons
100 g dried Farfalle (butterfly-shaped pasta)
150 g cooked shrimp (peeled weight)
125 g of creamy yogurt type Fjord
a dozen cherry tomatoes
1 handful of spinach or a few leaves of iceberg lettuce
4 tablespoons of salmon eggs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
a few sprigs fresh dill
a few sprigs of fresh chives
Salt
pepper
1 pinch sweet paprika powder (optional)
Farfalle with shrimp salad preparation
1 Cook pasta al dente in salted boiling water. Drain,move quickly under cold water, book.
2 mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, olive oil, mincedherbs, paprika (if you don't).
Salt and pepper to taste. Season the pasta of thismixture, then add the shrimp, cherry tomatoes andlettuce leaves (or shoots of spinach).
Thoroughly mix all. Sprinkle of salmon eggs and servewell chilled.
