A recent medical study confirmed that eating salad and even once during the day holds more benefits than we thought, the study points out that the greatest interest is in the salad before eating garnish.

And was discovered by school researchers at the University of California and the University of Louisiana for Health Sciences, Public Health that people who eat raw salads and vegetables have higher levels vitamin C, E, B6 and folic acid and the other in their body.

And the director of the study, Dr. Lenore Arab, professor at the School of Public Health at the University of California, that "the authority and once during the day is a practical way to improve the health status very easily ".

And stressed that the Arab vegetable intake once a day helps to meet the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, which recommends eating two cups and half a cup of vegetables per day for a healthy 2,000 calories.
