Fried fish fillets |
: Ingredients
½ kilo fish fillet
½ cup orange juice
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup Keiber
Salt - Black pepper
1 ½ teaspoon thyme
1 large lemon slices
½ thin orange slices
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons of soft butter
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Green parsley for garnish
: Preparation
1. Cut the fish fillets to individual quotas and wipe dry of excess water and a little salt, pepper and sprinkled with thyme.

3.
