:Shoulder press : Stand on the resistance band ( or feet together or slightly apart ) and cling to handles palm forward with the bands behind the arm. Press and stretch the tape
.Vertical row : Stand on the resistance band and hold the handles towards you palm . Belt , pull your chest , elbows up
.Biceps curl: Stand on the feet of the strip wide enough hand to provide the right amount of tension. Relax with the group as if curling a dumbbell

 .Triceps : stand on one leg with the band . Adjust the tape so that it provides the correct amount of tension . Start with your arms behind your back and over the head with the elbow bent . Extend your arms and straighten

 .Squats : Stand on the resistance band and hold handles on palm forward with the bands behind the arm. Squat and keep your back straight taking care to maintain the tension on the belt at all times.Lunges : Stand on the band with your right foot and hold the handles on each side of the head with the palms facing inward and the band inside the arm. Step back with your left leg and make a lunge , keeping tension on the band. Repeat with the other side
